Ingredients
3 eggs
200g sugar
120g custard powder
1 can evaporated creamer milk
1 cup thick coconut milk
1 can creamy corn
2 tsp vanilla essence
Method
1. Beat egg with sugar until fluffy
2. Combine custard powder with evaporated creamer milk until smooth. Then add in
coconut milk, creamy corn, vanilla essence and bitten egg mixture.
3. Cook over medium fire, stirring until mixture thickens.
4. Spoon mixture onto a square 20cm square baking tin. Leave to cool and chill in
the refrigerator.
